Strictly necessary
These technologies support core functions such as security, network management, form operation and remembering your cookie choices. They do not require consent where they are genuinely necessary for the service requested.
Analytics
With your consent, we use Google Analytics 4 and Microsoft Clarity to understand website traffic and interaction patterns. These services may use identifiers and cookies to distinguish users or sessions.
Functionality and external content
Language, translation or embedded-content features may store preferences or connect to an external provider when used. Where consent is required, these features should remain blocked until permission is given.
Advertising
We do not currently use affiliate tracking or operate an online advertising programme. If this changes, this policy and the consent banner will be updated before relevant technologies are used.

Cookies can change when a provider or website configuration changes. Your browser’s developer tools and the live cookie-consent panel provide the most current technical view of cookies active for your visit.
4. Google Analytics 4 and Microsoft Clarity
GA4 may collect information such as user and session counts, approximate location, browser and device information, pages visited and interaction events. Google states that GA4 stores a client identifier in the _ga cookie when analytics storage is permitted.
Microsoft Clarity may collect clicks, scrolling, mouse movements, page and diagnostic events, and information needed for session reconstructions and heatmaps. Microsoft states that Clarity’s usual operation uses non-essential cookies and requires a valid consent signal for full functionality for users in the EEA, United Kingdom and Switzerland.
We classify both services as analytics and intend to activate them only after the relevant consent is granted where consent is legally required.
5. Your consent choices
When you first visit the website, the cookie banner should allow you to accept or refuse non-essential categories. Refusing analytics cookies should not prevent you from accessing the core website.
You may withdraw or change consent at any time through the cookie-settings control available on the website. Withdrawal applies going forward and does not invalidate processing that took place before consent was withdrawn.
Consent should be freely given, specific, informed and expressed through a clear positive action. Rejecting non-essential cookies should be as easy as accepting them.
6. Browser controls
You may also delete or block cookies using your browser settings. Blocking all cookies can affect website functions, including preferences, forms or sign-in features. Browser controls do not always replace the need to use the website’s consent settings, especially for technologies already permitted during an earlier visit.
7. External websites and embedded services
Links to manufacturers, research sources, event organisers and other websites lead to services operated by third parties. Their cookies and privacy practices are controlled by them.
Where we embed third-party media or tools, they may connect to the provider and set cookies after you choose to activate the content or consent to the relevant category.
